Description
Gantry CNC Plate Drilling Machine is mainly used for drilling of connecting plates and floor board in steel structures, iron towers, bridges, mechanical processing and other industries.
1.It can drilling through holes,blind holes,step holes, holes end chamfering, and workpiece automatic clamping.
2.This machine is mainly composed of bed,gantry,vertical slide,drilling power head,hydraulic system,control system,centralized lubrication system,cooling system and chip removal system and ect.
3.The bed is made of high quality gray cast iron with stable performance and no deformation.
4.Spindle hydraulic feeds,motor adopts reducer motor,high efficiency and very durable.
5.Workpiece is clamped by hydraulic clamping cylinder,small workpiece can be clamped at four corners,shortening production preparation period and improving production efficiency.
6.Panasonic servo motor+CNC system control.Gantry mobile dual servo motor +ball synchronous dual drive
