T-Beam Assembly Machine

The T-beam assembly machine features precisepositioning functionality for T-beams through two-step process: The input roller is equipped withmultiple positioning mechanisms to achieve auto-matic panel centering and preliminary web posi-tioning; The main assembly unit contains upperand lower positioning/clamping devices - 4 sets ofweb positioning devices (upper) and 4 panel posi-tioning devices (lower) spaced at 550mm inter-vals, where tack welding ensures assembly preci-sion, with automatic spot welding devices installedat intervals on both sides. During positioning, oneside uses a mechanical linkage for precise align-ment while the opposite side employs a hydraulicpressure approach, with the control valve's nor-mally closed center position enabling post-clamp-ing floating function to ensure centering quality.The upper press rollers are essentially coplanarwith the main drive rollers to facilitate web-to-panellcontact, and an end alignment device precedingthe assembly unit addresses panel/web end mis-matches.
