YOMI PT3070 Intelligent Painting Production Line
The YOMI PT3070 is a fully automatic, enclosed painting line for steel structures—H-beams, plates, welded parts, angle steel and pipes. It replaces manual spraying with 3D-laser path planning and 12 Graco spray guns, cutting labor and paint waste while keeping film thickness uniform and emissions controlled. It is built by Shandong Yomi Intelligent Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (YOMI), a steel-structure equipment manufacturer exporting to 120+ countries.

Line Layout: What a PT3070 Line Includes
The line is delivered as a complete flow: infeed roller conveyor, 3D scanning station, painting chamber with top/bottom gun gantries, flow-leveling section, drying chamber with heating furnace, outfeed roller conveyor, and a paint-mist / VOC treatment unit. Members travel in one direction, so one pass delivers a fully coated and dry-to-touch workpiece.

- What workpieces can the PT3070 paint?

- Can it handle two-component (2K) coatings?
- Yes. A Graco XM two-component proportioner mixes at 1:10–10:1 with <5% error and self-alarms on deviation.
- How is film thickness controlled?
- By gun speed, nozzle size and coverage mode; the line reaches 60 µm dry film in the 40 m drying chamber.
- Does it meet emission rules?
- Painting is in a sealed room with centralized waste-gas recovery; particles at the filter outlet are below 5 mg/m³. VOC treatment is optional.
- Can it connect to my MES?
- Yes. The control system provides data-collection and open read/write interfaces for production statistics and remote start/stop.
